Questions about pricing
Is travel included?
Within the core area of Baden, Pfaffstätten, Bad Vöslau, Sooß and Traiskirchen yes. For Gumpoldskirchen, Guntramsdorf, Laxenburg, Oberwaltersdorf, Kottingbrunn, Mödling, Maria Enzersdorf and Brunn €6 per visit is added, for Perchtoldsdorf, Wiener Neustadt and south Vienna €12. Eisenstadt is on request for regular care or house sitting with €18 travel. For overnight house sitting travel is charged only once per day.
Are there discounts?
Yes: weekly packages for dog walking, 10 % off from 7 care days for cats and small animals, second cat included, second dog from the same household only +€6.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer on invoice, monthly for regular clients, or cash for short jobs. You get an invoice for every booking.
What does the meet-and-greet cost?
Nothing. The first meeting at your home is free and without obligation, about 30 minutes.
What if I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before. After that 50 % of the appointment; for multi-day house-sitting bookings 30 % from 7 days before.
